My first point of contact with Saul signs was Arturo who visited me personally in my office, helped me define my vision and followed through with giving me my estimate and all the permits and requirements that needed to be met in order to get the sign. He was very helpful and even answered my message when he was on vacation.Dailyn was my other point of contact with setting up the schedule to take down the old sign and put up the new one. She also handled my account in terms of payments. Everything was very clear and they were extremely understanding and patient when it became a hassle for me to paint the wall under the old sign.The people who took down my old sign and installed the new ones were also very friendly and explained very well the process of the light coming on at night etc.i would highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again in the future.Thank you and i LOVE MY SIGN ♥️
